 Helen Openshaw, 38, of Farnworth in Bolton, died at the scene of the crash on the A666 Bolton Road in Darwen at about 15:30 BST on October 8th 2011.
Ms Openshaw's daughters, aged five, eight and 12, "were her world", her family said.In a statement, they said: "Our Helen was a beautiful mother, sister, daughter and auntie."She was a bubbly character, known by so many people in the area as she grew up and lived most of her life in Kearsley and Farnworth."Tragically she leaves behind three beautiful daughters who were her world and her little niece to whom she was devoted. The girls love and miss their mummy very much."The family are devastated by what has happened and are trying to support Helen's girls as best we can at this terrible time.
